Serves 4
1 pound fresh shrimp, cleaned and deveined
2 tsp crushed oregano
1 and 1/2 tsp fresh thyme
2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
Dash black pepper
Juice and zest of 1 lemon
1. Combine all ingredients (except lemon juice and zest) and marinate
for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
2. In a preheated saute pan, quickly cook shrimp. Deglaze with lemon juice and toss, coating shrimp in the sauce. Serve immediately.
