Double Berry Frosty
is an excellent lowfat berry frosty that is very tasty. Ingredients for Double Berry Frosty 1 1/2 cups skim milk 1 1/4 cups fresh or frozen, unsweetened strawberries,thawed 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 cup nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt 1 cup raspberry sherbet 1. In a blender, combine skim milk, strawberries, vanilla, and cinnamon. 2. Blend strawberry mixture until smooth and combined, about 30 seconds. 3. Add frozen yogurt and sherbet to strawberry mixture. Process until smooth and foamy, about 2 minutes. 4. Pour berry mixture into 4 chilled glasses. Garnish with fresh mint. Serve immediately. Variation If you want to substitute raspberries instead, use fresh or frozen, and nonfat yogurt instead of vanilla.
