Fitness Walking - A Great Way To Exercise

Of all the exercises I've done, and I've done a lot, the one that's really stuck over the course of time is walking every day.
It's something you really don't have to think about and it becomes a good habit you can do anytime. As long as you have a good pair of shoes and dress for the weather, you're good to go!
It's something you can enjoy with a friend, your dog, or even alone. Walking helps you clear the mind and really refreshes. The benefit of getting healthier and weight loss comes naturally.
Once you get started and make a habit of it, you'll wonder why you hadn't thought of it sooner:-)
