Humus Dip with assortment of Vegetables Humus
Ingredients:

1 Can Chick Peas

2 Tbsp Extra Light Olive oil

1 tsp Salt

2 Cloves of Garlic Juice of 1 lemon


4 tbsp Tahini (lebanese sesame seed cream)

Celery

Carrots

Pita Bread




Prepartion: Wash the chick peas and put them in a blender, add the salt,lemon juice and one tbsp of the olive oil, blend till the mixture is creamy, crush the garlic and add to the mixture and mix well. then mix in the Tahini. Place mixture in a small dip bowl and make a small well in the middle with a table spoon, spread the other 1 tbsp of olive oil on top. Cut the celery and carrots into strips, you can also add any other vegetables of your choice. Cut the pita bread into small triangles. Serve with the humus.
