Pasta Salad Recipe for Diabetes and Kidney Diet Plans







This pasta salad recipe will fit diet plans for both diabetes and kidney diet plans

Ingredients

2 cups cooked bow-tie pasta

1/4 cup chopped celery

2 tbsps chopped red bell pepper

2 tbsps shredded carrot

2 tbsps finely chopped purple onion

1/8 tsp pepper

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 tsp sugar

1 tbsp lemon juice

Mix pasta, celery, red bell pepper, carrot and purple onion in a bowl.

In a separate small bowl, prepare dressing by blending pepper, mayonnaise, sugar, and lemon juice until smooth.

Pour dressing mixture over pasta and vegetables and mix until well coated.

Chill and serve.
