Ingredients
1 large ripe banana
1/2 cup low-fat (1 percent) soy milk
1 can (4 ounces) crushed pineapple in juice undrained
1/2 cup pineapple passion sorbet such as Select brand (a Safeway brand)
1 tablespoon soy protein powder (8 grams protein)
Instructions
1. Peel banana; break into chunks.
2. Combine all ingredients in blender.
3. Cover; blend until fairly smooth.
