One red pepper, sliced
Half a sweet onion, sliced
One can of Mandarin Oranges, drained
Romaine lettuce, torn into bitesize pieces
Half a red onion, sliced
1. Put all ingredients into one big serving bowl.
2. Mix together with a spoon to ensure mixed veggies in each helping.
3. Place on table with salad server. This is a quick and easy salad to make and goes well with other dishes or for a meal by itself. Some like it with oil and vinegar dressing that proves to be healthy and delicious.
