Hi, I use Spark People to help with my weight loss. Here is a recent favorite recipe.
Spicy Chicken Cheesesteak
Ingredients:
Ground Chicken (3oz. cooked)
Thomas Whole Wheat Pita (4")
Mild Cheddar Reduced Fat Cheese (1/8 cup)
Texas Pete Hot Sauce (.5 tsp)
Heinz No Salt Ketchup (.5 tbsp)
Cook ground chicken in fry pan Toss with Ketchup and Hot Sauce Add Cheese and Chicken to pita Enjoy! Add onions or whatever you want to add to this basic cheese steak. Just remember to count any additional calories! Number of Servings: 1
