The Way I Lost Weight Was By Changing Habits

My most successful weight loss plan was changing my way of life, I started to exercise every day and changed my eating habits. I was able to lose 30 lbs and get down to my ideal weight. This was six years ago, since I have given birth to triplets and am today at my ideal weight. I do not have diabetes, however I do have issues with PCOS which has some of the same risk as diabetes does and can lead to diabetes. I work on it everyday and do not forbid myself from some guilty pleasures, the difference is that I work out, I eat right and I allow myself to have some chips from time to time. I have found that if there is a food that I want to eat that it is best to eat it in moderation instead of forbid it all together. I believe that anyone who changes their life can lose the weight, keep it off and have a better life style in the end.
